AI Headshot Generator Pro adds a studio panel to chatgpt.com. It helps you prepare a photo, build an identity-preserving prompt, send the request through your own ChatGPT session, and save the generated result locally. The extension is a workflow tool; it does not generate images itself. The free tier includes three curated looks with unlimited requests and no subscription or credit system. The optional Pro license is a one-time purchase that unlocks every look.

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the extension working with current ChatGPT interfaces, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Pro is a one-time software license, not a subscription or an auto-renewing plan. It unlocks every curated look and future look packs and may be activated on up to three devices. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; applicable taxes are calculated by Dodo Payments.

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for the Pro plan. It processes payment, tax, receipts, chargebacks and refunds. Your license key is delivered by email and can also be shown on the checkout success page. We do not receive or store your card details.

If you request a refund within the stated refund window, the license may be disabled. Refunds, chargebacks or revoked keys can also disable the license. Do not share, resell or publish your key. Contact support if you need help moving an activation to another device.

• You must have permission to use every photo you upload and every person whose likeness appears in it.
• Do not use the extension to impersonate someone, misrepresent identity, harass, defraud or create unlawful content.
• Comply with OpenAI's terms, the rules of any platform where you use the resulting images, and applicable law.
• Review AI-generated images before professional use. Outputs can contain artifacts or unexpected details.
• Do not resell access, reverse engineer the extension or interfere with its operation.

You need a ChatGPT account with image generation available to use the full workflow. Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's terms and policies. AI Headshot Generator Pro is not affiliated with OpenAI, and the extension is not a ChatGPT subscription. ChatGPT availability, image models and usage limits are controlled by OpenAI and your ChatGPT plan.

The extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every generated image will meet your expectations, that ChatGPT will remain compatible, or that results will be suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or opportunities arising from your use of the extension. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the extension in the 12 months before the claim, which is $0 for the free tier and the Pro price for a paid license.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
